We created an online service request form for you to report any problems with City maintained facilities, including street light outages, bumpy roads, etc. Click the link below to get started. Planning a remodel or other construction project within the City of Palmer? Click here to complete our online locate request form. All other utility locates contact Alaska Dig Line. Remember to contact both if you live within the City limits. There could be buried facilities anywhere you plan to dig; under the road, sidewalk, or even in your yard. Calling before you dig ensures that any publicly owned underground lines will be marked, so that you can dig around them safely. Having the utility lines marked not only prevents accidental damage to the lines, but prevents property damage and personal injuries that could result in breaking a line.
