The Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) platform is a free, anonymous, and confidential service that allows individuals to track and receive notifications about the custody status of offenders in Hawaii. To use the VINE platform, visit the Hawaii VINE website or download the mobile app. You can search for an offender using their name, offender number, or other identifiers. Once you have located the inmate, you can register to receive notifications about changes in their custody status, such as transfers or releases.
